A little over a year ago, my daughter got this book for Christmas:
To be perfectly honest, I didn’t like the book all that much. Maybe there’s something wrong with me, but we had a really hard time understanding the descriptions — we would read them out loud two or three times then try our darndest figure out what it sounded like they were talking about, and looked and looked and couldn’t find anything. After a couple days we stopped bringing it into the parks.
However, we did find a few Hidden Mickeys on this trip …
Club Cool at Epcot
Club Cool is an exhibit and store sponsored by Coca-Cola where you can sample soft drink products from different countries. One of the cast members was very friendly and, when she realized we were looking for a Hidden Mickey, gave us some hints to point us in the right direction. (She was a lot more helpful than the book was.
Test Track at Epcot
This might have been the only Hidden Mickey that we found with help from the book. It’s on the wall while you’re standing in line at Test Track.
Crystal Palace at the Magic Kingdom
We had a lot of fun at breakfast meeting Winnie-the-Pooh and his friends. This Hidden Mickey was pretty easy to spot in a pitcher at the buffet.
Living With the Land at Epcot
It was easy to find Hidden Mickeys at The Land because you move so slowly through the ride and you’re studying everything you see anyway. We found at least four during this ride, but I don’t want to give everything away, so I’ll just show you one.
